This video is the first video I officially posted under my brand banner Trust Visuals on my Youtube page. I go over the mindset or framework on how to approach video marketing with your personal brand. Within the framework, I address 3 points. The first one is to start with authenticity in mind. I truly believe this is the cornerstone of your content. It's the way to build a following and loyalty. Unfortunately, short-term mentality and having a scarcity stop authenticity on its tracks. The irony being that authenticity is really the fastest way to growth. I highly recommend Seth Godin's books. Anyone of them will help with your business or project. The book "All Marketers are Liars"-tell stories, explains beautifully how you can build a brand with trust and authenticity. I highly recommend it!
The second point is being of value. Adapting this mindset will add nitro to being authentic. If you concentrate on the needs of the person in front of you not only will you make a new friend, you will make see changes happen quickly. The thing is that you must do this without expecting anything in return. Don't keep tabs of favors. Be an all-around good person. A happy-go-lucky type of person. It's fun and you won't build resentment. Now make sure your video marketing is giving a lot of value and you are solving peoples problems and rock on!
The third and final point is to have a general goal with each one of your videos. This has to be strategic and planned before posting the video. Ask yourself what do you want your viewers to do after they watch the video and be sure to ask them verbally to do so when recording the video. Why one goal per video? Because science has proven over and over again that we can do only one thing at a time. Just like a landing page, your video must drive to a single call to action, maybe two. Remember paralysis by analysis is a real thing. Hope this is all helpful to you all! You can watch the video here and please subscribe to my Youtube Channel for more!
